Just a week away. Too bad the American trailers haven't been as good or well rounded as the Japanese trailer...
This movie looks to be really good - very entertaining and a lot of fun.

Here's a page from Iron Man #133 - Ant Man has to save Tony Stark from suffocating in his Iron Man armor when it is sealed closed and not responding to Tony's commands due to system damage. Ant Man saves the day! Ever since this issue I've been a fan of Ant-Man and am looking forward to the movie. Attachments:

With 70 reviews in Ant-Man is at 77% fresh on RottenTomatoes.com - not bad. Critics reached superhero movie fatigue a couple of years ago, so at 77% that's actually really impressive!
One more day...

I went to see Ant-Man today, and it was every bit as good as I'd hoped it would be. It's fun, exciting, funny (witty funny), and features some fantastic special effects.
This is a well directed movie. The loss of Edgar Wright didn't hurt at all. In fact, some of the best moments in the movie came from either (new) director Peyton Reed or star Paul Rudd (who had a hand in writing the movie). Rudd does a very good job playing Scott Lang, an ex-con who did time committing a crime to help innocent victims of corporate shenanigans, and Michael Douglas is excellent as Hank Pym, the genius scientist who came up with the Ant-Man technology (and a rival to Howard Stark). Also very good is Evangeline Lilly as Pym's daughter, Hope (a key part of the story).
Ant-Man is a Top Tier Marvel movie, and one of the most fun of their run so far. I'd go so far as to say that it's more enjoyable on most levels than Avengers: Age of Ultron was!
Highly Recommended.
