The Corps Is Mother, The Corps Is Father - the only episode of Trust The Corps!
Bester (Walter Koenig) returns in an episode told from the point of view of the Psi Cops. It is a clever twist on the format, thus the Trust The Corps opening (which was a huge - and really cool - surprise when it first aired). Bester is on the trail of a Psi Corps trainee who murdered his roommate. Babylon 5 and it's regular actors don't even appear until nearly 20 minutes in to the episode, and then only as they relate to the Psi Cops and the rogue telepath. It is a well written episode that shows the more human side of Bester. What makes Bester such a great antagonist on the show is that he really sees himself as the good guy. A Machiavellian good guy, but, from a telepath's perspective, a good guy nonetheless.
From what I've read this is Koenig's final episode as Alfred Bester. I thought I remembered him appearing later on dealing with Lyta, but it looks like this was his last episode on the series. A great way to end his run as one of the most memorable, "Bad guys," in TV history.

I really wish that Bester could've been on a couple more episodes, but as final episode for him, it's amazing! Practically the whole episode featured him and he did a wonderful job, just as he always had playing Bester.

I heard he would have appeared in a few Crusade episodes, had that been given a chance.

I've heard that too. It really sucks that Crusade was canceled before the first episode was even aired.

The Psi Corps trilogy books close off the Bester arc quite nicely. They are kinda cheesy, but very cool
